Real Estate News Survey shows spike in real estate debt interest by institutionals 21 February 2013 GLOBAL – Institutional investors' interest for real estate debt has jumped over the past 12 months, with more than one-third seeking to allocate capital to the asset class against 8% a year ago, research from Preqin shows.
